I originally purchased a Spintso watch on March 8th 2012 from Hary and Refsworld. On April 15th the watch stopped working, nothing on the screen. I tried replacing the batteries which did not help. On May 10th I was told that Mr. Milas was sending a replacement upgraded version. On Jun 16th I gave the watch back to Mr. Milas as he said he needed it back. Since that time I have not received a replacement watch and just keep being told that the replacement is on its way.

I truly love this site, got here by the YOUTUBE-account of Hary Milas. I think he should get back on youtube!
I am a korfball referee from the Netherlands, 18yrs old, and always trying to get higher! Korfball is different than soccer, whilst you're more interactive and you are more on your whistle than soccer. You practically need your whistle every attack!
Question: How do you, as a young referee, stay strong and ignore all those comments by coaches, players and audience? Maybe a good idea for a youtube instructional video? I'd love some knowledge on how to 'ignore' and accept player's frustrations!

Are there any books out their to help young and new referees? I've read a great book called 'Diary of a New Referee' from lulu,com, wanted to know if anyone else had read it....
