Congratulations!

Well done to all those who attempted and passed their fitness test tonight at Noble Park.

We saw heaps of officials from all over Victoria showing us a bonding true spirit by supporting each other.

Some of the officials who had run their test last week were seen assisting those who were struggling by running along side them and offering them encouragement.

We understand a certain young man you goes by the name Jonathan was beaten by a good 50 meters on the last lap by a lad by the name of Nicholas.

Jonathan started very well, killing them in the sprints and leading in every lap, well done Big J. Nicholas also known as the silent assassin enjoys the element of surprise.

Well done to the two young ladies whom matched the boys and finishing as strong as they did

Good Luck to all a fine effort form all involved young and old.

Haha 50 metres??!:P

More like 10, and he got 5 on the start! Fair play though, it'll teach me both to challenge people to showdowns, and to underestimate Milas Jnr!

Top work to everyone involved and best of luck for the coming season.

Another inspiring night at Noble Park.

Tonight we say many “old boys” and some young ones perform brilliantly.

Just like Tuesday we saw many boy’s that had already passed the test hang around to support and encourage the boy’ and lady tonight.

It makes all the difference to have people at every corner helping you around the track.

To all those tonight who stayed back to help WELL DONE.

I for one enjoy the aspect of the camaraderie and friendship that comes with training.

Well done to the trainers tonight, all of them you showed compassion, encouragement and empathy.

Well done all of you, it shows that the pre season training paid off, specially for those old legs.

Again well done.
Please be aware that there is no training at Noble Park on the 19th as the track will have about 400 kids doing school atheletics.

Louka i am proud of you last night.

Well done

To all you guys WELL DONE !!! As the new boy on the block I have felt very privileged to be a part of the last 8 -10 weeks at training. To be included and encouraged by more senior referees and blokes who have been doing this for a long time make it easy to feel like you fit and belong. Carrying water was the easy bit. I am really hanging out for the season to begin and rub shoulders and learn from you guys. Thank you all - Billy

A big congratulations to the fella's who passed their fitness test last night. The boy who ran the state league level test looked great as did the guys running to support them. One bloke in particular who looked remarkably like the Dandy Valley Treasurer, after running 11 1/2 laps finished off with a sprint over the last 150 meters that made left this observer not only speechless, but very jealous, that someone could have that much energy after having over 4kms already.

The inspiring efforts didn’t end there either. Next onto the track were a group of gentlemen who some may say “make Methuselah look young”. Just kidding boys!!! Terry, Chris, Jim and Benny then began their assault on the Provie league test. In the dark and very cold surrounds of Ross reserve with very few left to watch all 4 blokes made it look easy – Well done!!!
